Fort Purbrook to be turned into holiday camp after being used as youth hostel | Nostalgia
According to photo agency Getty, these youngsters were cleaning Fort Purbrook because it had been handed over to the Youth Hostel Association before being converted into a holiday camp.
The original caption said: ‘It will be used as a meeting place for young men and women from all parts of the world who are coming to England for the coronation and naval review at Spithead.’
