Burglars steal cigarettes

The McColl’s shop in Locks Heath Shopping Centre was targeted at 5.24am on Saturday morning by the burglars, who smashed a window to gain entry to the store.

It was previously broken into last December in a similar incident when burglars also stole cigarettes.

A spokesperson for the police said: ‘A quantity of cigarettes were stolen from the shop.’
