A DRIVER who failed to stop after a crash has been banned for three years.

Glen Woods, 23, of Solent Way, Gosport, admitted failing to stop after an accident on Novemeber 2 in White Hart Road, Gosport.

He admitted drink-driving. A blood test revealed he had 232 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The limit is 80.

Portsmouth magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 150 hours' unpaid work.

He must pay a £90 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
