He was caught driving in Goldsmith Avenue, Southsea, and was fined £120.

Fisher also admitted driving without insurance on May 9 in Purbrook Way, Havant, at B&Q.

Hide Adn Anthony Johnson, 46, of Chicheley Road, Harrow Weald, London, admitted failed to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of drink-driving.
Magistrates fined him £200 for the June 17 offence at Waterlooville police station.
He was banned from driving for 24 months. He must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
Johnson also admitted failing to stop after an accident when driving a BMW on June 17 in Portsdown Hill Road.
