Stuart Jenkins, 56, of Waterloo Road, Havant, admitted two charges of drug-driving and two of having a class A drug, heroin and crack cocaine.

He had Benzoylecgonine, a cocaine breakdown product, and cocaine in his blood on October 8 on the A32 in Fareham.

Magistrates imposed a community order for a year with 10 days' rehabilitation activities and 120 hours' unpaid work.

He must pay a £90 victim surcharge and £50 prosecution costs.

She was fined £138 with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Magistrates banned her from driving for 14 months.

Arthur Coombs, 18, of Victor Road, Portsmouth, admitted having a Taser gun on January 8 in Portsmouth.

Magistrates imposed a six-month community order with 27-hour attendance centre requirement.

He must pay a £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

The weapon must be destroyed.

He admitted having cannabis, a class B drug. It must be destroyed.

Joseph Kierstenson, 21, of Rockbourne Close, Leigh Park, admitted assaulting an emergency worker and causing racially-aggravated harassment, alarm or distress.

Both offences happened on January 11.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with 40 hours' unpaid work.

He must pay £80 compensation.
