A 14-YEAR-OLD teenager from London has been arrested for possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.

The boy was also arrested on suspicion of affray in Chichester Road on Saturday November 24, and police confirmed that the offensive weapon was a knife. 

Portsmouth Police tweeted: '˜Officers #arrested a 14-y-o #London boy on suspicion of affray & possess an offensive weapon in a public place in Chichester Rd @ about 1pm on Saturday 24/11.
