He is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury he picked up in last week's 2-2 draw with Burton.Â
The 25-year-old certainly caught the eye when he was in Jackett's starting XI, however.
His range of passing, in particular, impressed Pompey supporters.

Jackett has insisted Donohue's problems this season will not scupper his future at PO4.Â
He's out of contract this summer after arriving from Chesterfield for an undisclosed fee in August 2017 '“Â although the Blues do hold the option for a further 12 months.

Now we understand why his form badly dipped at the end of last season, he had good reason and shouldn't have played.

Rob EmeryÂ
No brainer

In fairness to Dion, he's probably no more injury prone than anyone else. But he's just been really unlucky after contracting glandular fever during the summer, and suffered a few irritating injuries this season as a result of that.
As he was just beginning to look back to his best when he unfortunately got injured again in the Burton game last week, as he did really well in all the games he played until then. So my personal view would be to give him until the New Year to get fully fit again and see where he is then.

Needs to stay injury free.
