Pompey fans on social media have been having their say on the Blues’ 1-0 win at Forest Green.

Sean Raggett’s 17th-minute header was the only goal of the game at New Lawn as Danny Cowley’s side picked up their first league win in five outings.

It was a much-changed side to the one that lost 3-0 at Charlton on Monday night.

But with injury and suspension decimating Danny Cowley’s midfield options, many supporters were simply glad to collect three points and get back to winning ways on a tough afternoon in Gloucestershire.

Here’s what fans have been saying on Twitter.

@Roderz_125: Well that was a nervy second half, hopefully we've turned a corner with a clean sheet.

@Hayden_PFC: Poor today but needed to stop the rot.

Tunni did well considering he’s not had many minutes.

Worked hard and grafted for that, though, thoroughly deserved.

@archiemcgreal: Win’s a win but a really poor sluggish performance.

@GavH_: We take the 3 points, much better showing than recently.

Swanson and Mingi where outstanding and Tunni showed he’s still with a squad place!

Only criticism is we should of killed them off with the amount of chances we had.

@MarkRoser9: First half ok 2nd half scrappy but last 10 mins had a few chances to make it easy for ourselves.

But 3pts in the bag and that's what matters.

Lots to improve on. Mingi was superb and hope injury not bad. Onto another big game on Tuesday well done lads.

@jamesashby75: Given what we didn’t have available to us, that was wrapped up professionally. 3 pts we move on.

@JBDS__: Pompey looked low on confidence but so important to grind out that win.

Forwards not clicking, fitness issues in midfield but defence and Griffiths really good.

Especially Raggett, a match winner in more ways than just his goal.

@jon_glen: A win’s a win not pretty but had to stop the rot.

@BigGreggerr: Please can we start Jay a little more, infinitely better than Morrell.

@jackfurlongg: Poor for the most part, but at least we got the 3 points. Mingi and Swanson impressive.
