Ipswich Town loanee given chance to shine as ex-Luton Town and Bristol City man starts amid six Portsmouth changes against Stevenage

The striker comes in for his first full appearance since the FA Cup win over Hereford at the start of November - and just his ninth since joining on loan from Ipswich.

Joe Morrell also make his first start since his World Cup duty with Wales, after being an unused sub at Wycombe.

Josh Koroma, Reeco Hackett, Denver Hume and keeper Josh Oluwayemi are the other players to come into the starting XI.

Josh Griffiths, Sean Raggett Marlon Pack, Dane Scarlett, Colby Bishop and Ronan Curtis all come out of the side who lost at Wycombe, with Raggett, Pack, Bishop and Curtis all on the bench.
