Portsmouth youngster Alfie Stanley joins Bognor on loan

The 18-year-old striker has moved to Nyewood Lane on loan as he bid to gain much-needed game time at a senior level.
The exciting academy product plundered 26 goals in all competitions last season, before the Covid-19 outbreak terminated the young Blues’ campaign.

Hide AdAs a result, he was rewarded with third-year scholarship terms at Fratton Park and was on the bench for Kenny Jackett’s side for their recent Carabao Cup tie against Stevenage.
Stanley also scored both Pompey goals in their pre-season friendly draw against AFC Totton last month.
He’s the latest youngster to head away from Fratton Park on loan after Northern Irish duo Eoin Taggert and Gerard Storey completed temporary moves to Gosport Borough.
The Blues are also keen for Haji Mnoga to go out on loan this season.
